The emotional farewell message from Riqui Puig to Barça

Riqui Puig has joined the MLS club LA Galaxy, and leaves the club of his childhood, FC Barcelona. After the official announcement of the transfer, the footballer has gone to social networks to send an emotional message to the club and to the fans in which he says goodbye to his "home".

"Today it's time to say goodbye to all of you, my house, my shield and a part of my life .

From a culé family, I never thought as a child that one day I would play at the Camp Nou . But childhood dreams, with work and dedication, come true. I can proudly say that I have fulfilled my great dream .

To all the fans, I want to tell you that I have felt your support every minute that I have worn this shirt.

I take many memories, special moments and magical nights that I will never forget . Thanks to all the club staff, colleagues and coaching staff for the training and constant help every day for all these years. You all make this club bigger.

Now it 's time to embark on a new adventure that fills me with hope again and will challenge me to continue giving the best of myself every day.

Thank you very much for all the support that I know I will continue to receive in this new stage!"
