According to Mundo Deportivo, Barcelona is considering making a final offer for Cesar Azpilacueta to Chelsea. Barca's director of sports, Mateu Alemany's first offer was 3 million. According to Sport, Barca have recorded a capital gain value of 667 million euro, but LaLiga is only considering the cash received from the economic lever in it's calculation of fair-play. The Spanish football governing body has approved 517 million euro and not the 667 million euros Barca enters into it's financial books. As a consequence, Barcelona will have to activate the fourth economic lever to register players for the summer transfer window.
