Barca returns to training while Riqui Puig travels to Los Angeles to close his signing

After completing the North American tour, Barcelona returned to training this Wednesday without midfielder Riqui Puig, who travelled to LA with permission from the club to finalize his move to the American MLS team LA Galaxy.

Barça's coach, Xavi Hernández, trained the available players at the Ciudad Deportiva Joan Gamper, after the squad enjoyed two and a half days off.

The training session was the first with his new team of defender Jules Koundé, presented last Monday as a new Barça player.

The squad will return to training behind closed doors this Thursday to prepare for the last pre-season friendly, next Sunday against the Mexican Pumas in the Joan Gamper Trophy.
