Barca has 57 million euros to sign more players in the last week of the transfer window



 

According to Marca, Barca now has 57 million to sign. According to Insider FC, Barca always had the money and margins. This time would be used to maximize wage cuts and exits. Now we enter the last week of the market.


The idea is to bring in two full-backs, a striker if Aubameyang and Memphis leave, and Bernardo Silva if Frenkie de Jong finally leaves. The Directive allocated 200 million at the beginning of the market to invest in new players. So far 148 have been spent. That's 50 million on Lewandowski and the same on Koundé, and 48 on the purchase of Raphinha from Leeds.


Therefore, there would be 52 million left to spend. Add the sales: 5 million from Jugtla's sale. Coutinho's 20 were accounted for in the previous year. That brings it to 57 million. The number can go up with the sale of Aubameyang. The others to be sold are free.


The problem is the salary space. Kounde's margin has appeared. Aubameyang's departure would allow, for example, the club to sign the two full-backs it has in mind, but it would not be enough to undertake the signing of Bernardo Silva.


However, with the endless financial maneuvers Barca has been going through, according to Insider FC, even that can happen if both the teams want the transfer to happen.


According to Marca, Barca's top objectives before the midfield are the full backs. Juan Foyth, Thomas Meunier and Héctor Bellerín. There are personal agreements and now Barca has to choose. The three wait.


For the left back, the first option has always been Marcos Alonso whose name Chelsea has clubbed with Aubameyang's deal. Barcelona wants them to be two independent operations. Another option that is being talked about is that of Javi Galán.


And finally there is the dream of Bernardo Silva. However, the chances are minimal, and the real reason for that is that Manchester City does not want to sell at this stage of the market.


And btw, according to Gerard Romero the termination clause in Foyth's contract increases by 30% in the last 5 days of the market — his release clause is now 54.6 instead of the earlier 42M.
