Barça's Offer for Gavi's renewal

According to Pitu Abril on La Porteria, the first renewal offer that FC Barcelona made to Gavi was an annual salary of two million euros. Very far from what Iván de la Peña is demanding and this was Gavi's reaction.

Gavi and his entourage would like a gradual four-season contract that would increase the player's salary each year.

Year 1: 4 million
Year 2: 5 million
Year 3: 6 million
Year 4: Performance based renegotiation.

Gavi has at least two Premier League offers. One is from Liverpool, willing to trigger the player's clause of 50 million and also to offer him a star salary, around nine million euros a year.

However, both Gavi and his entourage, specifically his father, are very clear about his desire: to renew with Barça and succeed at the Camp Nou.
